These Terms of Service govern the use of the website located at zuleyi.info and the language education services offered by Zuleyi Language Centre, based at Komitetowa 14, Białystok, Poland. By accessing this website or enquiring about our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

1. Scope of Application

   1.1 These terms apply to all visitors to the website and to all persons who enquire about, enrol in, or participate in any course or service offered by Zuleyi Language Centre.

   1.2 Zuleyi Language Centre operates in accordance with Polish law, including the Ustawa z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną (Act on the Provision of Electronic Services) and relevant provisions of the Kodeks cywilny (Polish Civil Code).

   1.3 Where a separate written agreement exists between Zuleyi Language Centre and a participant, the terms of that agreement take precedence over these general terms to the extent of any conflict.

2. Nature of the Website

   2.1 This website provides informational content about the language courses, teaching methods and services offered by Zuleyi Language Centre. It does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services.

   2.2 All course descriptions, scheduling information and other details on this website are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Current and accurate information is available by contacting us directly.

   2.3 The content on this website is provided in good faith and for general information only. Zuleyi Language Centre makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness or accuracy of the information provided.

3. Course Enrolment and Services

   3.1 Enrolment in a course constitutes a separate contractual arrangement between the participant and Zuleyi Language Centre. The specific terms, including fees, schedule, cancellation conditions and course duration, are agreed at the time of enrolment.

   3.2 A free trial lesson is offered as a preliminary experience of our teaching method. Participation in a free trial lesson does not create any obligation to enrol or any contractual relationship regarding paid services.

   3.3 Placement testing is conducted as part of the initial process. The results of placement testing are used to assign participants to appropriate course levels and do not constitute a formal assessment or qualification.

   3.4 Zuleyi Language Centre reserves the right to modify course content, scheduling and format where necessary. Participants affected by material changes will be notified in advance where reasonably practicable.

4. Intellectual Property

   4.1 All content on this website, including text, images, graphics and the site design, is the property of Zuleyi Language Centre or used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

   4.2 Teaching materials provided during courses remain the intellectual property of Zuleyi Language Centre unless otherwise stated. Participants may use such materials for personal study purposes only.

5. Limitation of Liability

   5.1 To the extent permitted by applicable Polish law, Zuleyi Language Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from participation in our courses.

   5.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Polish law, including under the Ustawa z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny.

   5.3 The website may contain links to external websites. Zuleyi Language Centre has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for them.

6. Acceptable Use

   6.1 Users of this website agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or that interferes with the operation of the website or the experience of other users.

   6.2 Automated scraping, crawling or data harvesting of this website without prior written permission is prohibited.
